The flowers are blooming, the birds are singing and RCM is bursting with amazing local groceries! Welcome back Dunrovin Farms; we are excited to have your chicken available!! Try some of their tasty pasture-raised drumsticks or whole chickens! Fresh mushrooms are ready from The Fortunate Mushroom this week, as well as dried oyster mushrooms! RCM would also like to welcome McAnulty Mercantile back to the market! Look for her new Chunky Monkey granola in the baked goods category, her room sprays in the home products category and her spice blends and smoked salts in herbs and spices! I can’t wait to try her new grill rubs for beef and pork! Get some beautiful spring flowers from our vendors or apples from Drewry while they last! Try something new from the baked goods category this week or give a friend a gift of some local honey or jam and jelly! Shop early for vegetables…. They are going fast! In addition to accepting cash, checks and SNAP/EBT cards, RCM is excited to announce that we can now take credit and debit cards, too!! We want to help our customers access fresh local foods as easily as possible! What awesome groceries and products will you find this week?

This is a pickup reminder for those of you who ordered this week.
If you ordered milk WITHOUT deposit, don’t forget to bring your RINSED bottles (no caps needed) thanks :)
You can pick up your order starting at 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church at 925 Mitchell Street in Conway. You are welcome to come in and sit down in the lobby if you are early, but we may not be able to check you out until 3pm.
Please NOTE: the church parking lot may be full between 315p and 345p when the Junior High lets out and kids are getting picked up.
If something comes up that you cannot personally pick up your order today, please contact someone to pick it up for you.
Remember to bring your reusable market bags. Reduce, reuse, recycle! See you this afternoon!

Wedge Oak Farm: Spring is here!
Hello, friends!
Spring is in the air and our pastures are becoming lush and green!
This week we have Artisan Sausage Links Spring Onion (made with the fresh new shoots of wild onions at the farm along with wine and spices).
Lemongrass Pork Chubs, Herb Apple Chicken, and Mild Italian.
We also have made a fresh batch of our popular Poultry Breakfast Sausage chubs as well as our Medium Pork Breakfast Sausage.
We are stocked with our delicious Applewood Smoked Bacon in addition to our lean Applewood Smoked Beef Bacon in half pound packs.
Fresh Beef cuts we have are Ribeyes, Sirloin Tip Steaks, Chuck Roasts, Briskets, Stew Meat, Bavettes, Ossa Buco, Short Ribs, Tallow, Stock and our Butcher’s Blend Ground Beef (our ground beef with 15% beef liver and heart added).
Chicken this week includes Ground, Whole, Half, Spatchcocked, Breasts (Bone-In and Boneless), Tenders, Leg Quarters, Wings, Feet, Liver, Stockparts, and Chicken Stock.
We also have plump Pekin Whole Ducks, Leg Quarters, Breasts, Half Ducks, and Wings.
Please feel free to shop online and we look forward to seeing you Saturday morning at the Richland Park Farmers Market from 10:00 – 12:00!

So I have been forgetting to close the market and then re-open it. We have lots of lettuce right now.
Remember you can always email or text me if you want to place an order and I forgot to open the Market. Often flexible here though not always predictable.
If you Want to pick up the order at the Chillax Drum Circle in the Villages Sunday Afternoons, just let me know so I can bring it along. If you are with a homeschool group or other facebook group I attend events regularly, Let me know so I can plan accordingly. Otherwise when ordering, remember to let me know when you want to come pick up at the farm. If I don’t email you back to confirm, the order may not have gone through. To make an order you must be signed in, and you add products to your cart individually and then to check out you must go to your cart (Left side of screen near the top of the Market page) to do the check out and actually place the order.
The regular ordering window is now (as in whenever I open the Market) through Thursday 8am for Friday-Sunday pickup. (Or check with me tclynx@aquaponiclynx.com or text 407-342-8515 if you might want to pick up sooner or for special arrangements, I’m usually flexible.)
I may still be able to take orders after Thursday Morning but can’t guarantee availability of things as I may have already packed them for the Restaurants.
Ordering window is Monday Afternoon (or when I open it) through Thursday Morning and pick up will be Friday-Sunday by appointment until we expand more, Please indicate when you would like to pick up when you place your order.

Old99Farm Market: Week of March 4th 2024
Hello friends of Old 99 and Equilibrium Acres,
We hope that March is off to a good start for you.
This mild weather is very enjoyable at the farm, pleasant to get lots of work done in.
We’re winding down our veggie offering for the winter season.
We’ll continue to offer what is growing while supplies last then will take a break until we re-start in mid April.

Farm Baked Fresh Frozen 2lb Sourdough by Cami is available. Please request this a week in advance, cost is $10 per loaf.
We also have put the stoneground flour mill back in service. Whole wheat (Hard Red Winter wheat) and spelt are available now in 1 and 2.5lb jars.
We have beef, pork and chicken (roasters) in the freezers. And eggs.
The subscription plan “Let Me Be Your Farmer” is up and running.
Winter Harvest Baskets are available on a week by week basis for the next couple of weeks, $30 for 6-8 vegetables per week, all produce grown on the farm.

My daughter was in from Florida, and we had the best mother/daughter kind of weekend, and it felt like it was over in the blink of an eye!
